Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

HubSpot setup + optimization
Lead flow, routing, lifecycle stages
Social Campaign Execution (organic and paid)
Reporting + dashboards
CRM hygiene
Initial and ongoing HubSpot configuration (Marketing, Sales, CRM)
Contact, company, deal, and lifecycle stage setup
Forms, workflows, automations, and lead routing
Integration with website, LinkedIn, email, and other tools
Defining and maintaining lead stages (MQL, SQL, lifecycle stages)
Lead routing rules and notifications
Ensuring timely follow-up and visibility for sales
Preventing lead leakage or duplication
Improving conversion rates between stages
Executing LinkedIn campaigns (organic and paid, if applicable)
Coordinating email campaigns, landing pages, and forms
Scheduling, publishing, and monitoring campaign performance
Building and maintaining HubSpot dashboards
Tracking key metrics across marketing and sales: Lead volume, Conversion rates, Pipeline contribution, Campaign performance
Providing clear, simple reporting to leadership
Maintaining accurate contact and company records
Preventing duplicates and outdated data
Enforcing naming conventions, required fields, and standards
Training and reinforcing proper CRM usage with sales and marketing
Regular audits and clean-up

Required

Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (required)
Experience managing lead flow, automations, and CRM systems (mandatory)

Able to translate goals into workflows, dashboards, and actions
