Product Service Engineer
Twin Disc is a global leader in power transmission technology, committed to delivering top-tier products to customers. The Product Service Engineer will analyze product applications, support field installations, and deliver technical training to customers and service teams.

Responsibilities
Conduct field analysis using mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic test equipment
Prepare detailed reports to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with Product Engineers, Test Engineers, and Quality Analysis teams
Lead new product installations, ensuring performance, alignment, and control systems meet standards
Develop and deliver technical training programs and service manuals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Twin Disc products and changes
Travel up to 25% to support field service needs
Foster a cooperative and professional work environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BSME/BSEE) with 2+ years of experience, or a technical degree with equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with mechanical/hydraulic systems
Strong analytical skills for failure analysis and problem-solving
Proficiency with hand tools and specialized tooling
Working knowledge of personal computers and standard software; familiarity with JDE Enterprise One is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to design and implement technical training programs
