Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and preparation of investment committee materials
Oversee junior team members and ensure high-quality work across analyses and deliverables
Partner with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements and strategic growth initiatives
Monitor portfolio performance and assist in value creation planning
Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries, advisors, and other stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3+ years of private equity experience required; additional experience in investment banking or management consulting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with a proven ability to lead complex transactions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong leadership skills and experience managing junior team members
High level of integrity, work ethic, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred
MBA or other advanced degree preferred
