Comfort Keepers is seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Specialist to join their team in Robbinsville, NJ. This position is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees, while supporting the overall company culture and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees

Onboarding includes but is not limited to: job posting on Indeed, resumes/CV’s, cover letters, phone screens, interviews, job fairs, etc

Manage employee relations: conduct interviews for new hire orientation and identify key employee behaviors that support the overall company culture

Create and maintain employee files including personnel records and benefits programs

Conduct in person Interviews and onboarding in our other locations

Support the recruitment process by conducting phone screening, research on job sites etc

Develop and implement new HR policies and procedures to support the company culture and growth opportunities

Maintain confidential information while adhering to company policy and legal requirements

Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager

Required

Proven working experience as an HR specialist or relevant role (HR manager, human resources director etc.) or relevant field (i.e., business development, marketing, finance etc.) or ability to learn quickly

Excellent communication skills (written & oral) with a demonstrated ability to speak with groups of people of various backgrounds

Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Computer skills a must
