Define and drive the overall communications strategy in alignment with business objectives

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing communications team, including specialists in internal and external communications

Oversee internal communications programs to foster employee engagement and alignment with company vision

Manage external communications, including media relations, press releases, and thought leadership initiatives

Develop executive communications, including speeches, presentations, and social media content for senior leaders

Lead crisis communication planning and execution to protect brand reputation

Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital platforms and corporate reports

Collaborate closely with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and success

Track and report on communication effectiveness using KPIs such as engagement rates, media coverage, and sentiment analysis
