Responsibilities

Define and drive the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B payment APIs, balancing developer experience, business impact, and technical excellence
Lead a team to build, launch, and govern developer-facing products, ensuring APIs are intuitive, well-documented, secure, and optimized for performance
Embed intelligent capabilities into the API platform, leveraging AI/ML for tasks such as automating integration workflows, powering intelligent developer tools, and generating predictive insights for clients
Oversee the integration of payment solutions across a complex ecosystem of internal and external platforms, including banking, procurement, accounting, and expense management systems
Partner with sales, product, technology, architecture, security, and compliance leaders to align API capabilities with market needs and ensure enterprise-grade standards
Act as a chief advocate for developers, creating world-class resources (SDKs, documentation, tutorials) and fostering an active developer community to accelerate adoption and integration
Establish and track KPIs related to API adoption, performance, security, and compliance, implementing governance across the entire API lifecycle
