ServiceNow Sr Product Owner
ALTA IT is seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. This role partners closely with business and IT teams to define requirements, manage the product backlog, and ensure the platform delivers meaningful value to the organization.

Responsibilities
Own and manage the ServiceNow product backlog, defining epics, features, and user stories
Collaborate with Business Analysts, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize enhancements
Define acceptance criteria and approve or reject development work
Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with platform best practices
Support Agile ceremonies and improve backlog grooming processes
Communicate product updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business needs
Promote Agile principles and mentor team members as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Product Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years as a Product Owner or 6+ years in IT/business analysis or related fields
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities
Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working in Agile teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
ServiceNow certifications
Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
Experience with SAFe
