This role includes configuring and supporting modules on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Nuvolo modules on ServiceNow (Asset Management, CMDB, etc.)
Perform integrations, data migration, and workflow automation
Develop and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, and reports
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring SLA compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application support or IT systems
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and Nuvolo modules
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
