Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement Nuvolo modules on ServiceNow (Asset Management, CMDB, etc.)
Perform integrations, data migration, and workflow automation
Develop and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, and reports
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring SLA compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application support or IT systems
Experience with Nuvolo modules and experience integrating with the ServiceNow platform
CMDB and Asset Management, Scripting expertise
Experience working within a Hospital environment supporting Biomedical devices and assets
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
