Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Enterprise Account Executives (5–15 reps)
Set clear KPIs and performance expectations, developing a high-performance culture
Build and execute strategic account and territory plans
Join your team in the field to support deals, strengthen customer relationships, and model best practices
Engage directly with senior executives and key decision-makers
Manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and overall team performance
Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve sales processes and ensure customer success

Qualification

Required

8–13 years of enterprise or complex B2B sales experience
Background in the manufacturing, industrial, or technology sectors (required, not preferred)
Proven ability to sell and close complex, high-value deals with director-level and C-suite stakeholders
Strong history of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
Hands-on sales leader who can personally close enterprise-level deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
Data-driven, strategic, and highly organized
Comfortable traveling frequently to support field sales activity
