Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections

Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory documents

Coordinate and support internal and external audits

Implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures

Train and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support

Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights

Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in accounting standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required

5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles required

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to commute to Xenia, OH 45385 (Required)
