The position will be responsible for creating high-level design artifacts, leading validation for testing, and supporting activities related to implementation and product customization requests.

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

7 years of Information Technology experience

Location for this position is Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Hartford CT, Phoenix AZ or Indianapolis IN. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location

At least 6 years of hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Kronos WFC / WFD Applications

Experience in Kronos WFC/WFD/WFR with functional expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance and activities modules

Experienced in interface development with WIM for WFC and for WFR with middle layers like Dell Bhoomi etc

Sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like accruals, attendance tracking, compliance monitoring, employee self service, leave management, overtime management, schedule optimization, work authorization, activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay

Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication
