Logs calls and take appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response within acceptable time frames for client issues
Provide remote and occasional onsite support of multiple client networks of various sizes and levels of complexity

Hands-on technical support services for customer-related technologies
Configuring and installing numerous technology assets
Escalating challenging issues to senior engineers
Implementation, maintenance, and issue resolution at client sites
Troubleshooting desktop, server, and network issues
Rolling out hardware/software upgrades
Assisting with business continuity services and project rollout
Interfacing with all levels of the client's staff
Logging calls and taking appropriate action for client issues
Providing remote and occasional onsite support of multiple client networks
