Responsibilities
Make outbound prospecting calls on behalf of U.S. real estate brokerages
Engage homeowners, buyers, sellers, and database contacts professionally
Qualify prospects and book appointments for agents and sales teams
Follow approved scripts, messaging, and compliance guidelines
Accurately log call activity and outcomes in CRM systems
Represent client brands with professionalism and confidence
Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets
Qualification
Required
Experience in real estate prospecting, inside sales, or outbound calling preferred
Confident, professional phone presence
Comfortable working to clear activity and performance targets
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Miami-based with a strong understanding of the U.S. real estate market
Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Professional-quality headset
Stable high-speed internet connection
Ability to work full-time U.S. Eastern Time hours
Preferred
Real estate experience is preferred but not required
