Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and allocations
Perform tasks and provide support related to the month-end and year-end close
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
Assist with annual budget preparation
Responsible for all aspects of revenue management, from billing and invoicing to accounts receivable and collections
Project cost accounting to identify project P/Ls, provide reports and analysis on successes, trends, and areas of improvement
Regularly conduct audits
Reconcile monthly credit card statements and approve expense reports
Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
3 Years on the job experience
High attention to detail
Advanced knowledge and interest in technology
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Good organization skills and the ability to multitask
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems - NetSuite preferred
QuickBooks experience a plus
