Manage complex programs solving problems that target high business impact for the organization

Define program charter and execution strategy with cross-discipline stakeholder alignment

Plan, execute, and deliver programs working closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience

8y experience in technical program management, engineering management or platform product management

Experience driving enterprise software product from inception to production

Experience navigating ambiguity and coordinating with multi-discipline stakeholders

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience in building, operating and delivering complex distributed cloud hosted software systems

Strong technical judgment - experience developing and reviewing technical requirements, design documents, setting technical goals and resolving technical tradeoffs between teams
