Account Executive
Better Talent is seeking an Account Executive for Hotel Arya, a premier hospitality property in Miami. The role involves driving corporate and group business growth through partnership development, negotiation of commercial agreements, and managing a sales pipeline to enhance revenue and bookings.

Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new corporate and B2B accounts for Hotel Arya & Miami vacations rental units
Build partnerships with groups, corporate clients, travel managers, relocation companies, OTAs, agencies, and airlines to drive bookings
Grow and manage a high-value pipeline; forecast revenue, occupancy, and conversion rates in CRM
Negotiate commercial agreements (rates, contracts, allotments, and channel partnerships)
Design and execute promotions, corporate outreach, and loyalty initiatives to boost direct bookings
Ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts, working closely with Operations and Property Management teams
Develop meeting-room and event space sales, creating bundled packages with accommodations
Define pricing, SLAs, and packages for meeting-room services (including add-ons such as A/V and catering)
Partner with Operations to ensure service quality and scalable delivery
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B sales experience in hotels, hospitality, serviced apartments or travel distribution
Proven record of closing corporate or group accommodation contracts
Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building ability
Comfortable working autonomously in a growth-focused environment with accountability for outcomes
CRM proficiency with a revenue-driven mindset
Bilingual in English & Spanish required
