They are seeking Independent Consultants to leverage their networks to introduce Hetmos to potential clients and identify opportunities in M&A, real estate, and wealth structuring.

Responsibilities
Introducing Hetmos to business owners, investors, wealthy families or key intermediaries
Identifying opportunities in M&A, strategic real estate or wealth structuring
Qualifying needs and initiating relationships before handing over to our internal teams
Representing Hetmos with a posture and communication aligned with premium standards
Building long-term, trust-based relationships with both your network and the group
Qualification
Required
Independent status / business introducer
100% performance-based compensation
High commissions, no income cap
Impeccable presentation and communication
Strong understanding of executive and high-net-worth client codes
Absolute confidentiality
Active network of decision-makers, investors or entrepreneurs
Comfortable dealing with confidential matters and high-stakes financial topics
Strong interpersonal skills and natural credibility
Ability to open doors, even without initial technical expertise
Preferred
Consultants, bankers, wealth advisors, lawyers, real estate professionals, business owners, family office advisors
Early in their career with access to qualified introductions
