Responsibilities
Ensuring data integrity, supporting system implementations, providing user training and support, creating reports and dashboards to meet business and reporting needs
Drive adoption and utilization of technology infrastructure tools
Drive and participate in cross-departmental technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
Document processes across all finance systems
Provide Tier 2 support for internal users, resolving technical issues promptly and problem-solving issues related to FI/CO
Identify opportunities to improve processes/workflows through automation and digital tools
Develops requirements, business specifications, and testing documents

Advanced Excel skills
Experience with SAP financial modules (FI/CO)

Deep understanding of financial and accounting principles
Demonstrate a strong consultative role with business partners at all levels
5+ years of experience in corporate IT services, technology operations, or systems administration
Strong understanding of enterprise software, cloud platforms, and IT service management tools
Independently driven
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Technical understanding of corporate finance software to translate business needs into system functionalities and provide user support
Effective communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field
