They are seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate who will be responsible for checking, packaging, and preparing merchandise for shipment, as well as providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities
Check, package, and prepare merchandise for shipment
Receive incoming merchandise from suppliers
Input information into the computer and files as required
Assist with core inspection and warranty tracking
Pull, organize, and log orders for ship out or delivery as required
Stock, maintain, locate parts in proper bins and mark products
Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs
Respond to telephone inquiries from customers
Search catalogs for the correct part to meet the customers' needs
Maintain a clean work environment
Responsible for care of equipment
Comply with company policies and procedures not to exclude safety regulations
Abide by security procedures
Assist in other areas as needed
Stay current on company product line
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
six months or more related experience and/or training
equivalent combination of education and experience
one year or more of related experience and/or training
equivalent combination of education and experience
A valid driver's license is required
Certification as a forklift operator required
Preferred
Training in Dealership environment preferred
