In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise and analytical skills to estimate project costs, prepare proposals, and close deals, all while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Managing a sales pipeline and making appropriate follow-ups on pending opportunities
Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the company’s product portfolio
Providing timely responses to new estimate requests from customers
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check
Must be able to climb ladder safely, access various roof types (flat, low-slope, steep/inclined), and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Military service is a plus
The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience
The candidate should have a working knowledge of Google Suites along with the ability to learn new platforms
Candidate needs to be able to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level
Preferred
Familiarity with low slope roofing systems a plus
Previous experience with Java or workforce a plus
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications a plus
Ability to perform material take offs a plus
Previous OSHA certification a plus
Construction/roofing industry a plus
