Founding Employee Benefits Producer
Rockstar is recruiting on behalf of a venture-backed, next-generation, AI-native employee benefits brokerage focused on helping high-growth companies transition off costly PEOs. The Founding Producer will play a cornerstone role in shaping the go-to-market motion, culture, and early book of business, while leveraging AI tools to enhance producer efficiency.

Responsibilities
Build and own a growing book of startup and mid-market clients (50-500 employees)
Leverage the client's differentiated PEO lift-out model to win high-intent prospects
Help design the AI tools that will 2-3x producer efficiency
Shape the sales process, culture, and recruiting standards for future producers
Have direct access to founders, product, engineering, and early investors
Qualification
Required
Has 3-7 years of Employee Benefits experience at HUB, USI, NFP, Gallagher, Alliant, Lockton, or similar
Proven but undervalued — knows they are outperforming their comp plan
Hungry, ambitious, and ready to take real ownership
Not locked into a giant book with a restrictive non-compete
Entrepreneurial and energized by building, not just maintaining
Experience handling 50-500 life groups
A track record of hitting quota and winning BORs
Comfort navigating PEO transitions, renewals, and plan design
Strong client-facing presence and relationship instincts
Desire to shape new tech tools, not just use them
