Responsibilities

Lead generation and relationship building: Identify and hunt cold prospects not engaged with Campspot, to generate leads and identify new business opportunities. Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to engage potential clients
Pipeline development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients by proactively identifying decision-makers, understanding their needs, and qualifying opportunities for further engagement
Solution positioning: Understand customer needs and pain points to effectively present and position our software solution
Consultative selling: Lead a consultative sale by becoming an expert in both the campground industry and with the Campspot platform/solution
Sales process: Diligently manage the leads at every stage of the close process with focused follow up and management of lead stages to ensure that we have full coverage of all opportunities
Market insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide insights to the sales team and leadership on emerging opportunities and challenges
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, implementation, customer success, inbound sales, and product, to ensure a seamless client experience and drive customer satisfaction
CRM management: Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Provide regular updates on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting

Required

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS sales environment
Has a strong understanding of some sales process (eg, BANT, MEDDIC, etc.) and consistently uses a methodology to hit pipeline generation goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated, with a proactive and persistent approach to sales

Preferred

Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and forecasting tools is a plus
