Senior HR Professional

The Forum Group PNW is working with a growing food manufacturing organization in Eugene, OR, seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner or Senior HR Professional. This role will support day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations, and help drive HR policies during a period of organizational change.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the Senior Manager of People Operations to support day-to-day HR operations
Manage employee relations including corrective actions, investigations, and policy interpretation
Provide guidance on leaves of absence (FMLA, state leaves, accommodations, etc.)
Support leaders with fair, consistent, and compliant decision-making
Help drive and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees across multiple shifts
Embrace and support organizational change and evolving leadership structures

Required

Strong, well-rounded HR background with depth in: Employee relations, Corrective action processes, Investigations, Policies and procedures, Leaves of absence
Ability to make fair, firm, and non-emotional decisions
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Action-oriented, communicative, and self-directed
Open to change and flexible in evolving organizations
Depth of HR experience and practical knowledge is most important

Preferred

Manufacturing HR experience not required (industry can be taught)
Degree or HR certifications not required

Benefits

Bonus: Yes – Quarterly
Benefits eligibility: Starts the first of the month following start date
PTO: 120 hours to start (prorated by start date)
Healthcare: Robust coverage with employer contributing ~80% for employee and 50–60% for family
401(k): 6% employee contribution with 3% employer match
