Responsibilities
Develop creative strategy across paid search and social campaigns, including ad concepts, messaging, and landing page alignment
Write and refine ad copy designed to resonate with both high-intent search users and diverse social audiences
Partner with Paid Media to review performance data (CTR, CPA, CVR, etc.) and help identify creative optimization opportunities
Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and UX to produce high-performing ads and landing experiences
Ensure brand voice and design consistency across all paid creative assets
Research audience intent and creative trends across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms to inform strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven expertise in paid search and paid social
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and emerging ad platforms
Demonstrated success in improving conversion metrics and reducing CPA at scale
Excellent content instincts and understanding of creative that performs
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
