Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, compliance, and benefits administration while cultivating a positive team environment and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, compliance, and benefits administration
Cultivating a positive team environment
Implementing HR policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws
Developing strategies to support staff engagement and organizational growth
Partnering closely with the Operator and leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives
Qualification
Required
Strong recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition skills
Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Ability to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Experience in compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and benefits administration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is a plus
Preferred
Previous experience in a human resources management role in retail, hospitality, or a related industry
