Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and non-profits
Support outreach efforts to expand Seedling Inc.’s program reach and partnerships
Represent Seedling Inc. in virtual meetings, emails, and community communications
Assist with outreach materials and messaging for potential partners
Draft outreach emails, partnership proposals, and follow-up communications
Maintain outreach contact lists and documentation
Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach messaging with brand voice
Support the coordination and promotion of Seedling Inc. programs
Assist with onboarding new partner schools and organizations
Collect feedback from partners to help improve program delivery and outreach efforts
Research potential partner schools, organizations, and community groups
Identify opportunities for new collaborations and program expansion
Track outreach efforts and outcomes
Contribute ideas for community engagement and partnership-building strategies
Support or co-lead outreach initiatives from planning to execution
Donor search: Find potential donors to support programming
Sponsor search: Find potential corporate sponsors to support programming
Research and initiate potential corporate sponsors and private donors
Support community and digital fundraising efforts

Required
