The Senior Azure and M365 Operations Specialist will provide comprehensive operational support for Azure and M365 environments, overseeing multiple operational workstreams focused on customer and service engineering, as well as incident management.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end operational support for Azure and M365 environments
Oversee three operational workstreams—Airgap Customer Success (ACS), Service Engineering Engagement and Response (SEER), and Tactical Response & Engineering Engagement (TREE)
Involve customer engineering experience, service engineering, and incident management
Operate on a 24x7x365 schedule

Required

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years of relevant operational experience
Proven experience in incident management, crisis response, and secure/air-gapped cloud environments
Strong background in cloud operations, system validation, deployments, and troubleshooting in secure or sovereign environments
Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
Active TS/SCI with poly required
Active U.S. passport required

Preferred

Experience in managed services projects within secure environments
Familiarity with air-gapped or other cloud environments
Proficiency in technical writing, SOP creation, and knowledge article development
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
