Responsibilities
Engage With Prospective Clients: Build initial connections with business owners through in-person meetings, networking, and referrals
Understand Client Needs: Take time to understand each business’s payment processing environment, priorities, and goals
Discuss Potential Solutions: Provide insight into available services and their potential to reduce overall processing expenses
Manage Pipeline & Stay Connected: Document conversations and follow-up actions in CRM tools to help maintain clear communication and momentum. Access to our platform to help you stay connected with the entire team
Facilitate Next Steps: Support merchants in deciding to move forward with a quote review. Our National Sales Managers (NSM) prepare, present, and close the quote
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable engaging with decision-makers and conducting prospecting activities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities
Preferred
No prior payment processing experience required; training is remote via Zoom, compact, and designed to take minimal time while getting you up to speed quickly
