Responsibilities

Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training
Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files
Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities

Required

Strong knowledge of RV and commercial vehicle estimating
Ability to create comprehensive estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party RV, Heavy Equipment, trailers, and Motorcycle material damage claims
Mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company
Ability to assist leadership in formal and ad hoc training
Negotiation skills for settlements and making settlement payments
Documentation of all activities in complex files
Interpretation of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
Building relationships with both internal and external customers
Exhibiting mastery estimating fundamentals
