They are seeking an Enterprise Operations Intern to identify efficiency opportunities and pilot AI-driven projects across various operational teams, enhancing workflow and productivity.

Responsibilities
Identify and document efficiency opportunities within Campaign Ops, CDP Ops, Mobile, Deliverability, and other operational workflows by shadowing team members and mapping repetitive or manual processes
Pilot AI and automation tools (e.g., prompt-based assistants, workflow bots, data QA scripts) to streamline campaign setup, testing, reporting, or data validation tasks
Collect and analyze performance metrics pre- and post-AI implementation to quantify time savings, accuracy improvements, and productivity gains
Develop prototype workflows or automations in collaboration with team leads, using low-code/no-code platforms, Python scripts, or AI APIs where appropriate
Prepare and present findings to leadership, summarizing pilot results, efficiency impacts, and recommendations for broader adoption
Document best practices and training guides for team members to adopt AI-assisted processes safely and consistently
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations managers and strategic planning to ensure AI pilot initiatives align with enterprise goals and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to jump in and contribute to Zeta business and culture
Preferred
Marketing Major preferred
Exposure to ZMP and Zeta's Delivery Operations teams and processes
