Chief Financial Officer

Confidencial is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a core member of the executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for the company’s overall financial strategy, governance, and performance, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the company’s overall financial strategy, governance, and performance
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling to support business growth and sustainability
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, audit, and internal control functions
Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Partner closely with the CEO and Board of Directors on strategic planning, capital allocation, and major business decisions
Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and financial risk across the organization
Lead capital markets activities, including fundraising, debt and equity financing, and investor relations (as applicable)
Evaluate financial risks and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies and value-creation initiatives
Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and post-transaction integration
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance organization with strong talent and succession planning

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5–8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior executive roles
Proven experience overseeing enterprise-level financial operations and reporting
Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen
Deep knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and corporate governance
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with boards, investors, auditors, and regulators

Preferred

MBA
CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred
Industry experience in finance, investment, technology, healthcare, or other regulated sectors is a strong plus
