Security 101 – Pittsburgh is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business and exceed sales targets. The role involves managing the full sales cycle and developing tailored security solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities net-new enterprise deals with mid-market and Fortune 1000 clients (100+ employee organizations)
Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Partner with National Strategic Partners (e.g., Axis, Genetec, Lenel, Software House, Exacq) to deliver cutting-edge AI and IoT-driven solutions
Develop tailored security solutions (access control, visitor management, video surveillance, RMR-driven tech) to meet client needs via consultative sales
Work with engineering and project management teams to design customized security solutions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Achieve and exceed sales quotas ($1M+ annually) with a focus on multi-year contracts and recurring revenue models

Required

Proven closer with 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on enterprise security solutions
Consistent history of $1M+ annual sales production with experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients (100+ employee organizations)
Proven success selling multi-year contracts with RMR (e.g., managed access control, video surveillance-as-a-service)
Strong prospecting and business development skills with C-level/VP-level network in healthcare, education, manufacturing, and other commercial sectors
Ability to negotiate and close complex deals
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated
Technical proficiency using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and search tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn)
High School (or GED) minimum requirement
