Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Managing Principal and senior leadership, including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, document preparation, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and client meetings, events, and meals, including scheduling, reminders, catering, and follow-up
Serve as the office’s first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, and managing incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, including reception areas, conference rooms, and common spaces
Oversee office supplies, catering, and resources; coordinate restocking and manage vendor relationships and subscriptions
Act as the primary liaison with building management for facilities, maintenance, and safety-related issues
Track and manage incoming communications, responding independently when appropriate and escalating as needed
Organize and maintain client and internal files using the firm’s authorized systems
Support onboarding for new hires and assist with basic HR and internal coordination needs
Provide logistical support for internal and external events, including travel coordination
Assist with general administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Required

Ability to be in-person, M-F during our business hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in field relevant to Business Administration
Preferred experience working with administrative and/or office coordination tasks and working with executive teams directly
