The successful candidate will be responsible for processing retail deals, warranty claims, and daily deal reports while demonstrating strong attention to detail and a self-motivated attitude.

Process all retail deals
Process all warranty, gap, and aftermarket product
Daily deal reports to department heads
Customer trade payoffs/titles
Perform other accounting functions as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education
Computer literate to include working with Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience working with office equipment such as copier, mail machine, adding machine
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Preferred
1-2 years of experience in automotive field
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software
