Responsibilities

Carefully select products for our Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction

Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind

Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests

Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service

Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area

Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online

Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders

Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

A friendly and helpful attitude—guest service is at the heart of what we do!

Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms

The ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout your shift

A valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one)

Must work in hot and cold environments

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day

Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time

Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials

Weekly Pay & Premium Pay Hourly associates are paid weekly, providing more frequent access to their funds. Part-time store associates are paid a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Hourly full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.

Two-Week Advanced Scheduling Better Planning. Better Balance. We provide our associates with their schedules two weeks in advance, offering greater predictability & flexibility.
