Senior LevelPrivate Advertiser is seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to support their national clients on a remote basis. The role involves leading the design, configuration, and enhancement of NetSuite ERP platforms while collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure effective system solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead discovery workshops and work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional requirements
Design scalable NetSuite solutions aligned with best practice and business objectives
Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and custom fields
Support the implementation of new modules, enhancements, and integrations
Conduct system testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
Provide training, support, and guidance to end-users to ensure adoption and effective use of NetSuite
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams or external partners as needed
Produce functional specifications for custom development where required
Maintain system documentation, process flows, and configuration records
Monitor NetSuite releases and advise the business on new features and opportunities for optimisation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP functional role
Strong understanding of key NetSuite modules (e.g., Financials, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, CRM)
Experience delivering NetSuite implementations, enhancements, or optimisation projects
Ability to interpret business processes and propose effective system solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Confident communicator with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable working in both structured project environments and BAU support settings
Preferred
NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant)
