Director, Insurance Technology Consultant (Commercial P&C)

Responsibilities
Lead projects with teams of 30+ people and multiple concurrent work streams
Responsible for creating, assessing, and evolving team structures and resource needs
Delivered a minimum of 5 IT-based implementation projects, including at least 2 involving systems integration
Experience managing and balancing multiple client engagements simultaneously
Hands-on experience with Request for Proposal (RfP) processes, including creation, presentation, and strategic input to increase win rates
Led at least 2 systems integration projects in a consulting capacity, including project management and solution design to assess and build teams for client needs
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years in a technology consulting or professional services environment, with demonstrable success in client-facing roles
Led projects with teams of 30+ people and multiple concurrent work streams. Responsible for creating, assessing, and evolving team structures and resource needs
Delivered a minimum of 5 IT-based implementation projects, including at least 2 involving systems integration
Experience managing and balancing multiple client engagements simultaneously
Hands-on experience with Request for Proposal (RfP) processes, including creation, presentation, and strategic input to increase win rates
Led at least 2 systems integration projects in a consulting capacity, including project management and solution design to assess and build teams for client needs
Preferred
3-5 years' experience in US P&C insurance, including Commercial Lines
Experience implementing major workbench, policy admin systems, rating engines, or underwriting-focused software products
Experience leading technology or process transformations within a US insurance carrier
Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel as required
