Responsibilities
Lead teams and shape solutions for large-scale IT implementations in the insurance sector
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring successful program delivery
Create and assess team structures and resource needs for project management
Participate in Request for Proposal (RfP) processes to enhance win rates
Deliver IT-based implementation projects, including systems integration
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years in a technology consulting or professional services environment, with demonstrable success in client-facing roles
Led projects with teams of 30+ people and multiple concurrent work streams. Responsible for creating, assessing, and evolving team structures and resource needs
Delivered a minimum of 5 IT-based implementation projects, including at least 2 involving systems integration
Experience managing and balancing multiple client engagements simultaneously
Hands-on experience with Request for Proposal (RfP) processes, including creation, presentation, and strategic input to increase win rates
Led at least 2 systems integration projects in a consulting capacity, including project management and solution design to assess and build teams for client needs
Preferred
3-5 years' experience in US P&C insurance, including Commercial Lines
Experience implementing major workbench, policy admin systems, rating engines, or underwriting-focused software products
Experience leading technology or process transformations within a US insurance carrier
Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel as required
