Responsibilities

Supports the coordination, organization and execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses. Examples of activities include traditional budgeting and forecasting, month end close and enhanced financial/business reporting, business case development and business planning support
Establishes and maintains relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders (i.e., executives and staff) in the business and finance teams
Acquires and maintains a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues of the business
Is team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
Operates with minimal supervision and is able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently
Identifies and implements changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of operational decision making
Thrives on an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented

Required

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
