The role involves managing data entry tasks related to invoices and orders, as well as supporting various administrative functions within the company.

Responsibilities
The Data Entry person is responsible for entering information from invoices and orders onto PO’s. Other duties include scanning in packing slips into company operating system, filing, following up on back orders as needed, and scheduling deliveries
Input information from incoming invoices onto PO’s
Receive materials into system and process
Scan in packing slips to the corresponding PO’s in our operating system
Assist in making hotel, flight and rental car reservations as needed
Order and maintain stock levels of office supplies
Follow up on backorders
Schedule deliveries and inform field personnel of date and time
Answer incoming calls
Assist purchasing agents with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Follow up on rental equipment as required
Qualification
Required
Good communication and organizational skills
One (1) year of experience in HVAC or MRO purchasing desired
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and Purchasing Software
Desire to learn new things
Comply with all B&I safety procedures
Drug test, background check and a clean driving record are pre-employment requirements
This position requires the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds on a regular basis
The employee must be capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting within OSHA ergonomic safety guidelines
Safe lifting techniques must be used to comply with all applicable workplace safety standards
