Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and internal reports

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with general ledger close

Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts

Conduct monthly gross margin analysis and assist with variance reviews

Support the preparation and remittance of state sales tax filings

Assist with ad hoc financial projects and reporting requests

Collaborate with team members across departments to support financial activities and process improvements
