Responsibilities
Evaluate web and mobile applications for accessibility compliance (WCAG, ADA, Section 508)
Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing using tools such as JAWS, NVDA, Axe, Lighthouse, and WAVE
Identify, document, and track accessibility issues, and collaborate with development teams for remediation
Provide recommendations and guidance on accessibility best practices
Participate in accessibility reviews and audits for new and existing applications
Work closely with designers, developers, and product owners to integrate accessibility throughout the development lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE)
Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and ADA compliance
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and ARIA attributes
Ability to create clear and concise defect reports
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
IAAP certification (CPACC, WAS) is a plus
