Responsibilities
Assist in managing class action cases from inception through resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for depositions and trials
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues related to their cases
Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Assist in all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and preparing for depositions
Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in class action litigation, preferably in employment law
Strong understanding of class action procedures and litigation processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proficient in legal research and writing
