Offer analysis of system requirements and specification documentation
Assist in the creation of test matrices and test cases
Take an active role in user acceptance testing
Execute scripted as well as ad hoc test requests that require considerable self- direction, creativity and system knowledge
Assist internal and external system users via phone, email and instant messaging
Research system problems and issues
Effectively communicates system workflows or processes to users
Advocate for the agents’ workflow and business interests
Identify and researches trends and issues among users
Qualification
Required
