Inside Sales Rep
Wattsaver Lighting Products, a 35-year-old lighting distributor in East Hartford, is searching for an Inside Sales Support Representative to join their team. This role involves providing support to the Outside Sales Team, managing sales orders, and maintaining customer relationships in the energy-efficient lighting sector.

Responsibilities
Work with Outside Sales Team to provide support and service to existing accounts
Entry of sales orders in ERP system, including verification of rebate products
Expedite purchase orders by contact with vendors to track the products from order to delivery
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Input lighting project data into models to produce reports
Update database with relevant product specifications, certifications, and pricing
Ensure accuracy of input data into lighting payback analysis
Track project progress, report and maintain project timelines
Quickly resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Obtain or enhance product and technical knowledge in the lighting industry
Qualification
Required
Previous lighting industry experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to operate multiple simultaneous projects
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
Goal oriented, self-motivated with a strong work ethic
