Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of capital projects from initiation through delivery
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Monitor project progress, lead cross-functional teams, and escalate issues as needed
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular status updates and reports
Maintain a project risk register and issue log, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of project management experience, including extensive experience in nuclear project environments
Demonstrated knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and experience using EVMS tools for project control
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification
Willing to work on-site in Eunice, NM for extended periods of time
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
