Information Management Intern

Responsibilities

Assist with handling information and records according to internal standards and processes
Support efforts to centralize access to information through the company’s Intranet to improve efficiency
Help Information Coordinators manage the lifecycle of information (creation, storage, retrieval, archival)
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and explore automation opportunities as technology evolves

Required

3rd or 4th year undergraduate student at an accredited University, pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Library and Information Science
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
No relocation or housing assistance is being offered

Preferred

Experience in configuration and data management of engineering systems
Experience with Web-based data application and data management
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of document control
Experience in design, development, and maintaining SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, workflows, and custom applications using Power Automate and PowerApps
