Responsibilities

Manage and grow boutique wholesale accounts; ensure sales goals, timelines, and customer communication are met

Serve as account lead and/or backup; schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment

Respond to and track new wholesale leads within 48 hours

Represent the company during road sales, trunk shows, and trade shows; assist with packing, pricing, setup, and breakdown

Coordinate travel logistics including badges, flights, hotels, and rental cars

Ship domestic and international orders with accurate invoices and documentation

Prep, manage, and track samples for customer appointments and design meetings

Create invoices, purchase orders, and customer records in QuickBooks

Maintain sales calendars, reports, linesheets, and customer tracking tools

Answer phones, assist walk-in customers, and deliver excellent wholesale and retail customer service
