Responsibilities

Design the 'Service Learning' Loop: Professionals join us to grow. You will structure roles so that every volunteer leaves with more capacity than they arrived with—whether that’s new skills in AI, leadership experience, or systems thinking
Operationalize Connection: How do we make a remote volunteer in Tokyo feel deeply connected to a teammate in Brazil? You will build the rituals and feedback loops that turn 'logging in' into a moment of genuine human connection
From 'Resume' to 'Ikigai': We have a database of 50,000+ applicants. We need a system (likely AI-assisted) that sorts them not by keywords, but by 'drivers'. We need to match people to roles that fuel their intrinsic purpose, not just their LinkedIn profile
Executive Search for Impact: We have complex needs—from AI ethicists to regenerative agriculturalists. You will lead the strategy to headhunt these niche experts, pitching them on the vision of systemic change
